I am on a mission to dispel the myth plant-based food is only for blissed-out-birkenstock-wearing lentil-loving-yogis!
I promise you can convince a moo-lover, tempeh is the new turkey and cashew cheese is the new camembert.

Break The Fast

Raw cacao helps keep your skin beautiful and clear, grows strong nails and healthy hair, enhances libido, encourages longevity, supports weight control, strengthens a positive mind, and is nature’s complete powerhouse of nutrients. Raw cacao is real food that energises and promotes life and beauty, as well as giving satisfaction and comfort. Theobroma Cacao – the Latin name for the Cacao tree – means ‘food of the gods”.

Raw cacao is abundant in vitamins and minerals including magnesium, sulphur, iron, calcium, potassium, manganese, chromium, sodium, phosphorus, zinc and vitamins A1, B1, B2, C, D, and E. Magnesium is a particularly restorative nutrient for tired aching muscles. Sulphur is known as the beauty mineral for glowing skin. Sources state that raw cacao has 360% more antioxidants than regular cocoa and 41 times more antioxidants than red wine. The extra serotonin and endorphins released after a dose of pure raw cacao support less PMT/PMS and mood swings. Perfect for the ladies. Partners take note. Phenylethylamine is referred to as the ‘love drug’ nutrient and anandamide has been dubbed the ‘bliss chemical’. Need I explain more?

Personal yet vital research reports that raw cacao works on one’s libido with almost instant aphrodisiac effects.  Further trials needed to confirm these findings.
