Originally from Dublin, Anthea is currently based in California and is a Director of Samahita Retreat in Thailand, where her journey to become a yoga teacher began.

Tara-Lee divides her energy and creative passions between her music academy and 200-year-old cottage in Ireland, her blissful beach house in Byron Bay, Australia and in between.
