certain we were in for a fabulous weekend.This standard never dipped for the entire weekend, which is difficult when you are offering such an array of activities. From nutritious plant-based meals, to talks on nutrition, breath-work, yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra guided by live cello music and an introduction to Ayurveda...what was not to like!!
